About

I, (Rocio Ramirez,) was originally born in Guadalajara, Mexico. My family eventually moved to West Texas, where I was raised. I went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University, and later attended St. Mary's School of Law, where I earned my Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2001. I began practicing immigration law in 2004. Since then, my firm and I have helped numerous individuals and families with their various immigration and criminal defense needs.
I maintain a dedicated commitment to every single client that I take, and assume full and personal responsibility every last part of their cases. I always strive to keep clients as informed as possible, so that they are always aware of what is going on with their case. I make myself readily available at all times in case they have any sudden questions or concerns about their case as well.
Whether it's visa applications, petitions, appeals, or going through the naturalization process, we can help. My staff and I are experts in immigration law, and have served countless families by providing them with the best legal representation possible in their fight to remain in this great country. Whether you and your family are involved in immigration litigation, or are fighting imminent deportation, you can always depend on my staff and I to fight hard for you, and use every one of our options to do so.
I know the weight and stress that immigration and criminal cases can have on a family. My firm and I do all that we can to accommodate our client's needs, and make our services affordable with flexible payment plans for your convenience.
